Elder Law and Healthcare Law Attorney
Ted Wolfendale is a Fort Myers elder law attorney with more than 37 years of experience guiding Southwest Florida families through Medicaid planning, veterans benefits, and long-term care law.
Ted is a Fellow of the Elder Law College, a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys (AFAELA), and the Washington Association of Elder Law Attorneys (WAELA). He is accredited by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to represent veterans and their families in VA benefits claims.
Ted is also licensed in Washington State, serving clients with cross-state elder law needs.
What sets Ted apart goes beyond credentials. His family founded Dial-a-Nurse, SWFL’s original home health company — a 45-year legacy that gives him firsthand insight into the care challenges seniors face before they ever need Medicaid planning. He doesn’t just know the law. He knows the journey.
